One of the greatest benefits of yoga practice is that it can be transformative - creating more connection to ourselves." During the summer months, BRAVO practices outside in a lovely setting, weather permitting, from 8:30-9:45am. During winter months and poor weather condition, BRAVO yoga is practiced at the BRAVO Center from 9:00-10:15am. Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and wear flexible clothing; they may also wish to eat lightly before class. If there are questions, Bonnie invites you to call her at (608) 356-0178.
